JMP Real Estate Management, LLC Project Management service was developed to meet our clients' growing need for knowledgeable, experienced leaders who can assist them in making informed decisions; predict project cost and schedule; and manage project implementation teams successfully.

We function as an extension of our clients, thus have no competing agendas or interests other than to ensure that their needs and requirements are defined and delivered, on-time and on-budget – with no excuses, no exceptions.

Project Strategy Development

Document a complete understanding of our Client's functional, financial and operational goals and objectives. Project Reporting

Regular status reporting to our Client relative to milestone decisions, cash flow and budget, and progress. Flag problem areas for action proactively

Project Administration

Day to day, "on-the ground" project leadership, management and coordination of the project team during planning, design, continuous value engineering, construction and relocation activities

Project close-out

Reconciliation of all obligations and issues
Collection and distribution of warrantees and as-built documents
Final financial reconciliation of the project
